Resources and Research

If you work at a call centre, know that you are not alone.

We've compiled a series of resources notes to help guide you on what your rights are in the workplace. These are organized by federal jurisdiction, and by province/territory.

There are also research notes and guides from community, partner and allied organizations that are available. We will continue to update these resources as they become available.

Note: These are not meant to serve as legal advice or opinion.

Resources
The Resources section is a compilation of guides, tool kits and other documents that seek to provide workers with a basic understanding about workplace stress. This section will be updated with resources from community, partner and allied organizations.

Research
The Research section is a compilation of research papers and formal submissions by unions, as well as community, partner and allied organizations. Research papers and submissions are made to a wide audience: government bodies, educational institutes, the health care field, among many others.
